6. Custom Work and Approvals
 

For custom or branded items, we may send you digital proofs or samples.

You are responsible for:

• Checking all details (logos, text, colors, layouts)

• Confirming everything is correct before you approve

Once you approve, we produce your order based on that approval. Changes after approval may cost extra and cause delays.
 

7. Shipping and Delivery
 

We will give you an estimated timeline for production and delivery. This is an estimate only and may change due to things we cannot control (for example, supplier or shipping delays).

Risk of loss or damage passes to you when we hand the order to the shipping carrier. If your order arrives damaged or does not match the approved proof, contact us as soon as you can so we can review it.
 

8. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
 

Because many of our products are custom-made:

• Cancellations: If you want to cancel, contact us quickly. If production has started or materials are bought, cancellation may not be possible or may involve fees.

• Returns: Custom items are usually not returnable unless there is a clear defect or an error compared to the approved proof.

• Refunds or fixes: If there is a problem, we will review it and may offer a repair, replacement, partial refund, or other solution at our discretion.
